Instrument Warranty Information

All Cislak/Shipp’s Dental instruments are warranted 100% for material failure which is defined as any defect, pitting, corroding or breakage due to a fault in the steel or handle.  Any instrument found to have these types of defects will be replaced. Warranty does not cover instruments that break due to over or improper use, improper cleaning or sterilization, dropped instruments, improper sharpening and normal wear and tear.
